How to read this
The five inputs combine into one weighted number — a transparent heuristic, not a validated clinical instrument. What makes it useful is the calibration: after a situation, answer "was that too much?" and the threshold moves toward your reality. This is the same mechanism research prototypes (MySensory, AudioBuddy) built for the alexithymia gap — noticing rising load early, before it becomes a meltdown. If the number and your body disagree, your body wins.
